We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from piercing-world.com. If you need to return or exchange an item, please carefully read and follow the guidelines outlined below.
General Returns and Return Date
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from our customer service team. You can contact our customer service team via telephone call, email, to request an RMA#. Please note that any return packages received without a valid RMA# will not be accepted. The items being returned must be in new and original condition.
Exchange for Defective Items
While we thoroughly inspect all products for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is your responsibility to inspect the products for any defects upon arrival. If you encounter any issues with the merchandise, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
We accept exchanges for defective products within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. The defective items must be returned in their original condition. If we are unable to replace an item due to certain circumstances, a refund will not be provided; however, you will receive store credit that can be used towards a future order once we receive the return package.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us by phone or email and provide the following information to obtain an RMA#:
- Invoice number
- Item code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the package.
- Once you have received the RMA# from our customer service, please ship the package within 7 business days.
